– It means that a clot forms in the veins of the thigh, leg or arm, and its signs are in the form of: pain – redness – warmth – swelling where the clot occurred.
And the World Health Organization classified it as the third most dangerous disease that affects the blood vessels around the world because if you leave it untreated, it will move from its place to the lung or heart, causing a clot in the heart or lung suddenly.
It also contains important information about the treatment:
The treatment of these cases does not require a surgical opening, all we do is treat the clot with drugs that dissolve the clot or perform a catheterization, depending on the case, we determine the method of treatment.
